Artistic Inspiration: My first memory of a wave was being knocked down by it as a kid. I’m sure most of us share an experience of being surprised at how powerful the ocean really is. Falling asleep to the rhythmic pounding of the surf at night or playing in the waves during the day, the ocean is a natural phenomenon that allows a visual and emotional connection for us all.
